The 2024 St. Patrick’s Day 5k will take place on Saturday, March 16, 2024.

On March 16, 2024 put a little Irish in your step. Come out for a flat and fast 5k in scenic Stanley Park.

Where: Stanley Park Pavilion, Stanley Park, Vancouver, BC
Date: Saturday, March 16, 2024
Time: 9:30 am
Timing: This is a timed event by Startline Timing. The timing is attached to your race number – no number no time. Make sure to wear your number. Your timing chip is on the back of your race number. No race number, no time.
Safety:
For safety purposes, participants with walking poles, strollers or baby joggers MUST start at the back of the pack..

We are looking for an official pace vehicle of the BMO St. Patrick’s Day 5k.
TRAINING
Are you considering running your first 5k? Join the FREE Wednesday night run group at 6:00 pm at the Robson Running Room.
ELITE HOSTING
Elite Registration closes, March 10, 2024
Requests for complimentary entries for elite runners for the BMO St. Patrick’s Day 5k will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Standards: sub 17:00 minutes

1st – The top overall male and female master (Innovative Fitness Full fitness package prizes (value over $1000) The downtown Telus Garden Innovative Fitness studio is the location that has donated to this event. They can help with any fitness goal for people of all fitness levels, provide athletic training, and can even provide Kinesiology sessions for anyone dealing with injuries or looking for active Rehab. They also specialize in training their clients to achieve and prepare for adventures around the world, including climbing Mt. Everest, marathons, etc. They have donated a few $1000 fitness packages. Be sure to give them a call to book a consult if you have any health & fitness questions. |
